Selling in the NBA

Eric Cole is an Inside sales manger fir the Philadelphia 76ers and presented what it was like to work for the sales team. Eric told us that they are successful as a team because they treat their season ticket holders as members and they work to create wow moments for them to experience throughout the season. They require that each associate complete 76 hours of community service in Philadelphia. That being said he did say that after each milestone there's an incentive that comes along with it. He explained that there are five things that will determine if you'll be a successful team member.

The first thing is commitment to the company and making the sales necessary to meet individual goals. Next he talked about developments and how he encourages everyone to keep learning that way they can improve on their job.  He made a point to emphasize how important hustle is when it comes to sales, and that its not easy and that hard work must be put in. While going over the fun aspect of the job, he showed us a video of what it's like to work for them, which I'll add below. Lastly he went over how people are the most important part of the job. He let us know that working with the right people makes the job better and the people you come in contact with are just as important as the next.

Not the same video he showed but it is pretty much the same thing
